Reading Your Analytics Dashboard
See who is waiting for a reply right now, how fast your team answers, and how your chats, campaigns, contacts and CRM are doing.
How to do it
Click Analytics in the left menu. It opens on Overview with the last 7 days picked. The tabs across the top are Overview, Chats, Automation, Campaigns, Meta charges, Contacts and CRM. You see the CRM tab only when CRM is on for your workspace and your role can see CRM records.
Choose Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, This month, Last month or Custom. Days follow your workspace timezone. Each number shows how it changed against the period just before. Today has no comparison. Your dates stay in the page link, so they stay put when you switch tabs, refresh or share the link.
Overview opens with four trend cards: chats opened, typical reply time, customers answered automatically and estimated Meta charges per day. Each shows the change against the period before. Below them, the Message volume chart groups by day, week or month; Sent by opens who sent them on the Automation tab. Under the chart, the other period numbers sit in groups: Chats (resolved, replied by team), Automation (automated messages, AI auto-replies, keyword replies) and Messages (sent, received). If you can see the CRM, a CRM group adds enquiries created, qualified to sales and won. Tap the ? next to any number to see exactly how it is counted.
Open the Chats tab. At the top, Right now shows Waiting now: customers who wrote after your last reply, in open or pending chats. Snoozed, resolved and internal team chats are not counted. It also shows the longest wait. Click View chats to open exactly those chats in the Inbox. This number updates every minute and ignores your dates.
Chats shows reply times, how customer waits ended, chats opened, reopened and resolved, and a row for each team member and team. Automation shows what your bots answered, who sent each message, your top keywords, chatbot flows, workflows, follow-ups and CRM reminders. Campaigns shows sent, delivered, read, replied and failed, why messages failed, and tables for campaigns and templates. Meta charges estimates what your WhatsApp messages cost, in rupees without GST, from Meta's published India rates: charged and free messages, each kind of message, who sent them and your top campaigns. It is an estimate, not your Meta invoice. Contacts shows total contacts, opted in, new contacts, opt-outs, how contacts got in and your top tags. CRM shows your Enquiry Board and Sales Board by stage, the work queue, conversion, pipeline value and each owner's numbers.
Click Export CSV on a table to download it for Excel or Google Sheets. Click View as table on a chart to see its numbers as a table. At the top right, "Updated … min ago" says how fresh the numbers are, and How we count explains every number on the page.
