BizBotify has two ways to reply when nobody is at the desk. The AI auto-reply answers customers' questions around the clock from your website and documents and hands over to a person when needed. Chatbot flows with the New contact and New conversation triggers send an instant acknowledgement, such as "Thanks! We reply within a few hours", to first-time and returning customers. There is no separate business-hours schedule; both run whenever a message arrives.
How to do it
Answer questions 24/7 with the AI
Set up the WhatsApp AI chatbot: an AI profile, your website in the Knowledge Base, and an AI auto-reply. Choose Flows + AI fallback so your flows run first and the AI answers everything else.
Or send an instant acknowledgement
Go to Automation → Chatbot Flows → Create Flow, choose the Trigger Type New contact (first-time customers), add a Send Message block with your away text, save, and set the flow Active in the flow list. Make a second flow with New conversation for customers who write again after their last chat was closed.
Hand over in the morning
End the flow with an Assign Agent block so the chat is waiting in the right person's Mine list when they log in.

Can the away message run only outside business hours?
Not yet. BizBotify has no business-hours schedule, so write the message so it reads well at any time of day.

Yes. The AI auto-reply answers whenever a message arrives, from your knowledge base, and hands over to your team with hand-over phrases.
Does an away reply cost anything?
Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are service messages; since 1 October 2026 Meta charges them after 1,000 free per number each month.
