Using the Template Library
Borrow a proven message or chatbot flow and make it your own in minutes.
The BizBotify template library holds ready-made WhatsApp messages and chatbot flows. Open it with Browse Library in Library → Custom Snippets (messages) or From Template in Automation → Chatbot Flows (flows). Filter by Industry and Type, preview, and click Use this template to get an editable copy.
How to do it
Open the library
For messages, go to Library → Custom Snippets and click Browse Library. For chatbot flows, go to Automation → Chatbot Flows and click From Template.
Find a fit
Search, or filter by Industry and Type. Open one to preview it and see the use case.
Use and customize it
Click Use this template. You get your own copy to edit, so change the wording, prices and buttons to match your business.
